ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:
- Make calculation sheet, pick up material, check & understand tender document, prepare bill of quantity (BOQ). Perform other duties if required.
- To design, co-ordinate, submit, procure and supervise of the installation progress and testing and commissioning of electrical systems for construction projects.
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules.
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.
- Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for electrical building systems and equipment.
- Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents.
- To coordinate and schedule / plan the projects with support staff to ensure timely completion.
- Conducting research, performing diagnostics, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years but fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Additional license or certification will be an advantage.
- Good in English, MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Willing to work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude, responsible and hard-working.
- Salary will be discussed.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

- To design, co-ordinate, submit, procure and supervise of the installation progress and testing and commissioning of Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, Plumbing and Drainage (P&D), Fire Fighting (F/F) and utility systems for construction projects.
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.
- Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for Mechanical building systems and equipment.
- Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents.
- To coordinate and schedule / plan the projects with support staff to ensure timely completion.
- Conducting research, performing diagnostics, and troubleshooting equipment.

Job Requirement:
- University in relevant discipline.
- Have knowledge about Air - conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Fighting System.
- Having experience over 2 years for M&E field, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Good in English, MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good in Revit software. This will be an advantage.
- Willing to work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude, responsible and hard-working.
